Don't see your question below? Just give us a call or send an email.

When you book your event at the Redd, you can expect a dedicated event professional to work with you throughout the planning and logistics process, from contracting to execution. On the day of your event, a venue coordinator will be on-site for the full duration of your contracted time to ensure all building and set-up related questions are answered. We do recommend hiring a professional coordinator or planner to manage vendors, decor/installations, and run of show, and we’re happy to provide recommendations for these services. In addition to your logistics and venue coordinators, a full suite of rental furniture is included with your rental:

500 chairs
35 banquet tables (66" rounds)
15 bistro tables (24" square bar height)
15 workshop tables (4' 4" long with adjustable height)
Modular 4-piece board table for Board Room
20 executive chairs for Board Room
Lighting packages
Basic audio/visual package

Looking for additional rental items to make your event shine? We’re pleased to partner with The Party Place as an exclusive vendor for standard rentals and tenting.

We require the use of an approved caterer for all events at the Redd. This ensures we uphold our commitment to being part of the solution when it comes to supporting small businesses who source products locally, adhere to sustainable practices and healthy work environments, and minimize food waste. We will announce our approved list of caterers soon.
