Flexible Kitchen Rentals & Pricing

Hourly Rentals:

• $25 per hour (4-hour minimum, in and out, no storage space available).
• Off-Peak Rate: $15/hour (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and weekends, 4-hour minimum).

Time-Based Package Pricing:

• The Essential Hours: 20 hours at $24/hour = $480/month (additional fee for storage).
• The Artisan Hours: 40 hours at $23/hour = $920/month (additional fee for storage).
• The Collective Hours: 60 hours at $24/hour = $1,460/month (Free storage included; additional fee for extra storage).
• The Legacy Hours: 80 hours at $22/hour = $1,800/month (Free storage included; additional fee for extra storage).

Additional Time Beyond Package Hours:

• $18/hour for hours beyond package limits.

Storage Options:

• Cooler Storage: $50/month per rack
• Freezer Storage: $50/month per rack
• Metro Rack Shelf Storage: $50/month per rack
• Dry Goods Storage: $50/month per rack
